Eligible products show the available lettering, thread colors, placement, and any additional price. Review your spelling and selection before adding the piece to your bag.

When will my order arrive?

Production timing is shown on each product when available. Shipping estimates cover transit only; allow for production as well. Contact customer care before ordering for a specific date.

Shipping & pickup

Shipping is available within the United States. Enter your ZIP code in the bag for an estimate. South Miami pickup is available when offered during ordering. Final charges are confirmed before payment.

Returns & order changes

Contact customer care about a return, a damaged item, or an order change. Personalized work may have different return conditions; confirm the applicable terms before placing your order. Changes depend on whether production has begun.

Figstitch uses the information and photos you provide to evaluate and respond to this custom request, prevent abuse, and—only if you choose to proceed—prepare a customer and work record. Requests are stored privately in Figstitch Studio and handled by the services used to operate the website and deliver the owner notification. Figstitch does not sell this information or use it for promotional messages without separate consent. Unconverted requests are reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 24 months. Short-lived, keyed abuse-control records contain no raw IP addresses or email addresses and are periodically cleared. You may ask Figstitch to access or delete your request, subject to any active transaction or legal recordkeeping requirement.
